Application Process
The Jackson Foundation has transitioned to a new online application system. Please follow the below link to complete and submit your application. After following the link, click on the “Sign-up” button to create an account. If you have already created a login for your organization, please use that email to sign into your account.

- Copy of IRS 501 (c) (3) Tax Exemption Determination Letter
- One page introduction letter
- List of Officers and Board Members
- Current Financial Statement
